- Rather than an Amiga Technologies 'apologist', I prefer to think of myself
- as someone who wants what the future holds with Amiga Technologies, a PPC
- card for my 3000 and/or a Power Amiga.
-
- There are logical steps to take to get us there. Some prefer total silence
- for a year or two until the R&D gets done. That is NOT feasably practical
- for a business. No company sits idle (sales-wise) for 2 years.
-
- In the short term, Amiga Technologies is going to release a low end and a
- high end computer to fill demand, to bring in cash flow, and to keep the
- Amiga name in the eye of the public as much as possible. Maybe even a
- mid-range computer if the need and ability arises?
-
- Harv Laser wrote an excellent post to Gilles Bourdin (satirically) about
- 'what we want' and 'wanting it now'. I don't think the attitude has changed
- for some here, but at least more of us now understand what Amiga
- Technologies needs to do to keep the doors open UNTIL THEY CAN DO WHAT IT IS
- WE WANT!
